Mrs. Denise King's Life Skills Class made Ham and cheese calzones and cabbage crunch for lunch today. Also stocked the drink cooler!!
Two Fleming students placed at NJC Math/Science Contest. Joie Chamberlain placed 2nd in 6th grade critical thinking, and Easton Steward placed 2nd in 7th grade critical thinking. Great job, Wildcats!!
Battle of the Books is a fun competition where teams of five split up a list of 36 books and compete against other area schools by answering questions about the stories and naming the authors. Fleming was proudly represented with both an elementary and a junior high team. Our elementary team included 5th graders Sydney Cochran, Luke Barkley, Blane Pierce, Pake Sonnenberg, and Tristan Steward. The junior high team featured Cole Wernsman, Daisy Barkley, Abi Betley, Eli Betley, and Easton Steward. Both teams did an awesome job and showed great teamwork throughout the event!
