It's time to choose your electives for next year and I hope you'll choose BAND!!!

• ALL 5th graders will have the oppotunity to take Beginning Band. No experience is necessary!
• ALL 6th graders will have the opportunity to enroll in Intermediate/Advanced Band.
• The 6th Grade Advanced Band is open to any 6th grade students who demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to their musical education.
  • Auditions will be held during band class for any 6th graders who wish to participate.
• Students entering 7th & 8th grade who have successfully completed one year of band (Beginning Band OR Intermediate/Advanced Band) will have the opportunity to enroll in the Junior High Concert Band.
• Students entereing 9th-12th grade who have successfully completed AT LEAST one year of band (Beginning Band, Intermediate/Advanced Band, JH Concert Band) will have the opportunity to enroll in the High School Wind Ensemble.
• The Fleming Wildcat Marching Band is open to all 7th-12th grade students currently enrolled in another band class AND who have successfully completed AT LEAST 2 years of band (Beginning Band + Intermediate/Advanced Band OR Beginning Band + JH Concert Band).
  
  • Auditions will be held during band class for any student who does not meet the above requirements but who wishes to particiapte in Marching Band.
