Please note that if your child is absent from school tomorrow, 4/30, due to illness, they will not be permitted to perform in the Spring Concert. If your child will be absent for any other reason, prior authorization is required.
We are excited for a wonderful evening of music and celebration! To help everything run smoothly, we kindly ask that all children who are not performing remain seated with their parent or guardian at all times. Thank you for your cooperation and support—we can’t wait to see you there!

Dear Fleming School Parents and Guardians,
We are inviting parents to participate in the school survey because your perspective is essential for creating a learning environment where every student can thrive. While educators see students in a classroom setting, parents provide a "whole picture" view of a child's development, social skills, and challenges that may not always be visible during the school day.
By answering the question, "What student behaviors should Fleming School address more clearly?" you help us bridge the gap between school and home expectations. This specific feedback allows us to:
Refine the Code of Conduct: Ensure our disciplinary policies and behavioral expectations are fair, consistent, and reflect the values of our community.
Target Specific Challenges: Identify and proactively address emerging issues such as peer conflict, social-emotional gaps, or classroom disruptions.
Strengthen Partnerships: Move from simple "involvement" to true "engagement," where parents and teachers act as a unified team to support student behavior and success.
Improve Student Outcomes: Research shows that when behavioral expectations are clear and supported by both home and school, students develop better social skills, show more self-discipline, and achieve higher academic success.
Your honest input ensures that our school remains a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for all students. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts via the link below. Your voice helps us bridge the gap between school and home, ensuring we are supporting our students as one unified team.

🌟 Next Generation Activated: Celebrating 30 Years of Future Leaders! 🌟
For nearly three decades, electric cooperatives across Colorado, Kansas, and Wyoming have teamed up to empower the next generation—and the tradition continues! We are so proud to announce one of our own, Maddox Herskind, has been selected for the 2026 Youth Leadership Camp!!!!!!
From July 11–16, Maddox will head to the Glen Eden Resort in Clark, CO, to dive into the world of cooperatives. He’ll be doing more than just studying; he and his others who were selected will be forming their own co-ops, touring the Trapper Coal Mine and Craig Station, and building leadership skills to tackle tomorrow's challenges.
Of course, it’s not all work! Between whitewater rafting and the Mt. Warner trip, our students are in for the summer of a lifetime. 🚣♂️✨
Help us congratulate our 2026 representative:
